This loft is located one block from the beach in Arpoador, the meeting point between
Ipanema and Copacabana.

This location is absolutely ideal and convenient both for partying and for daily activities,
since it allows you to choose which beach, bars, or restaurants to go to in both Ipanema
and Copacabana, just by walking, without needing a taxi. Perfect if you want to get
a true feel for Rio and enjoy both the sophisticated Ipanema or the wild Copacabana!

Near the military fort, 24-hour restaurants and banks, this loft is located in a very elegant,
secure and modern building, on an absolutely safe street and with 24-hours building
security, a garage, and private apartment elevators.

When exiting this loft, there is Copacabana Beach to the Left, Ipanema to the right,
and Arpoador just across. So depending on your mood you can choose where to walk to.
Within a one block radius, there are two supermarkets, a 24-hour restaurant, a pizzeria,
New Tokyo - one of the best Sushi spots in Rio - three great typical Brazilian restaurants,
seven bars, three banks, two pharmacies, two taxi stands, three late-night very cool bars,
four clubs including LeBoy and LaGirl, one indoor luxury mall, two high-end hotels, a casino,
and a variety of shops. So Everything you can possibly need at any time - day or night.
Not to mention the Fort, the Rock, the fish market, and the historical Café Colombo.

The Rio Booty Palace  is 100% air conditioned and combines huge size and top European
design to make your time in Rio truly unforgettable. All furniture is custom designed,
with great detail, and of the finest quality. The lighting across every room of the apartment
is professionally designed to create the most sensual effects. Combinations of recessed
lighting hidden behind furniture or embedded in ceilings and walls allow you to set
any mood, day or night.

The decor softly combines a mix of Asian and European motifs. The overall colors and
wide open spaces give a sensation of peace and freedom.

In the living room there are oversized couches built to lounge and that can comfortably
fit 9  people.  Right across from them there is a 120-inch wall that turns the space into 
a movie theater, complete with powerful high-end surround sound that will amaze you.
The glass sushi table sits 8 people.  A spectacular candle wall creates an exotic south-east
Asian atmosphere.

Oversized 10-ft painting give an sexy, artsy and elegant feel to the whole ambiance.

All bedrooms have king size beds, with individual i-Pod ready high-end sound systems.
One bedroom has an entertainment center complete with satellite TV and movie
channels, large screen Sony TV, an Xbox with a game collection, and a movie and music
library with hundreds of titles. This room turns into a small lounge. Another huge bedroom
has a gorgeous wooden bookshelf complete with books, guides, and original antique
movie prints.  Swords and small sculptures make the room even more interesting and
captivating.

Both bathrooms are finished in Bahian marble, with dimmable lighting and high-end
fixtures.  One has a jacuzzi and the other one has a power shower, with high water
pressure and mirrors.

The kitchen is open, very spacious, and in the very center on the loft.
It has an independent bar area in the front and a breakfast room in the back.

At night, sophisticated lighting transforms the sunny breakfast room into a Tuscan
terrazzo, giving it and European outdoor feel. All appliances are high-end stainless
steel, and all dishes and utensils are of modern design.

There is also a professional steel blender, a coffeemaker, drink mixers, and high power
microwave to allow a bartender to serve and attend your dinners and cocktail parties.

In the back of the loft, an office complete with an oversized desk, a very comfortable 
tall office chair, a wireless laptop, wi-fi broadband connection (spanning the whole loft),
a printer, a scanner, a phone, a complimentary local cell phone, and a 300 lbs safe
allow you to keep up with your work.

Rates vary depending on the time of year, the number of guests, and the length of stay.
Generally will range between US$ 200 and US$ 290 per night.
