payments for bookings are accepted via
major credit card / paypal only. no checks, cash, direct
deposits, or wire transfer can be used to book an apartment.
balance is due in full on arrival at check-in.
refunds for cancellations
are possible as long as we can find a substitute renter to book
the same dates for any given apartment.
while periods such
as carnival and new year are easy to re-book, off-season or
shoulder season bookings might not be filled by alternate renters
and the deposit may be lost.
different apartments
may have varying open-guests policies, please confirm intended
use at booking request.
